Olanrewaju ‘Lan’ Durosinmi

Co-Owner/Administrative Director


Lan serves as the Administrative Director for Merit Facility Services. She is responsible for managing administrative staff, disbursing funds to departments, monitoring budgets, improving information systems, and overseeing human resources requirements. With a background in Psychology and Human Services, Lan is an undeniable asset in client satisfaction and customer service. Her willingness to take initiative, and develop fellow team members has allowed our business to continue to rise through the ranks. Lan’s vision for continuous growth for the company in addition to her zeal for excellence at all times has been the main propulsion of the company. Outside of work, Lan enjoys spending time with traveling, organizing, and catching up on her favorite TV shows.

Abiola 'AB' Oderinlo

Co-Owner/Operations Director


AB serves as the Operations Director for Merit Facility Services. He is responsible for the direction, coordination, and profitability of the company. His notoriety for critical and analytical thinking reflects his background in Sociology. Tasked with overseeing expense control, staff management, goods production and department supervision, AB is a great asset to the company. From floors to equipment to chemicals, his expertise is unmatched. He uses his sense of creativity to implement new ideas and strategies into the business on an ongoing basis. In his leisure time, AB enjoys playing soccer and watching professional lawn tennis games.
